We offer a monthly rent to own plan on new, like new, or rental return instruments. Â Under this plan, 100% of your monthly payment applies directly off the balance of the instrument. Â You can continue to rent it on the monthly basis until it is paid in full or you can return it at any time to stop the contract. Â If you wish to pay off the instrument in full during the first year of the rental, you will receive an early payoff discount of at least 20%.
We provide free service on all normal wear and tear on the instrument for the duration of the rental.  This means that you don’t have to pay an additional service fee that is commonly charged by most companies that does not apply towards the purchase of the instrument.  This can add up to hundreds of dollars over the course of a rental that does not apply towards purchasing the instrument.
All instruments are quality name brand instruments and come in a protective case with a mouthpiece and the basic accessories for that instrument type. Â A portion of your rental can be applied to instruments that are of equal or greater value if you decide to switch or upgrade instruments.
New instruments – brand new from the manufacturer
Like new instruments – these have been rented only once or twice before and are typically 1-2 years old and show little to light wear from previous use
Rental return instruments – these have been rented a couple of times and are typically 3-5 years old and show a little more wear from previous use
Used instruments – instruments older than 5 years that show normal wear for their age and use
We have a limited inventory of used instruments that are available on a quarterly (3 month) rental basis. Â These instruments would include bassoons, baritone saxophones, single French horns, tubas, and more. Our rental plans are limited to students in local school band programs.

- Orchestral String Instrument Rentals

Our standard orchestral string rental plan is a quarterly (3 month) rental plan. Â Instruments are quality name brand instruments and will come in a protective case or bag and will include a horsehair bow and rosin. Â During rental, we will replace bows that are in need of being re-haired or have broken from normal use free of charge. Broken strings are replaced at cost.
We will apply 100% of the rental fees paid on the rental contract to the specific instrument you are renting if you decide to purchase the instrument. Â A portion of your rental can be applied to the purchase of an upgraded or larger instrument.
Semester or school year rental plans are available on orchestral string instruments in certain circumstances. Â Rent to own plans are available on full-size instruments.
Our rental plans are limited to students in local orchestral programs as well as private students enrolled for lessons at one of our two locations.
