Voted one of the top 10 bass players all time by Rolling Stone Magazine, Victor began playing the electric bass guitar at the age of 2. He hit the worldwide scene in 1990 as a founding member of the super-group Bela Fleck and the Flecktones and has dedicated much of his time in recent years to music education. He discusses his involvement at Berkelee College of Music and his Center for Music and Nature, dubbed “Wooten Woods,” a retreat center for musicians and students outside of Nashville, Tennessee.
