Chelsea Handley, Music Activities Coordinator for the Waynesville School District in Waynesville MO, began teaching music 2011.  At the time of publication. she assists band and choir at Waynesville High School.  In addition, she also teaches music technology, guitar, and a music class for special needs students.  Chelsea is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University with a masters from Kent State.
